Greece
Greece is a country in Southeast Europe which is famous for the huge number of islands (more then 2000). The capital of the city is Athens and the country has a lot to offer. The most famous sight of Greece is The Acropolis, other sights are: Ancient Delphi, Knossos, National Archaeological Museum and others. The most popular island are Crete, Zakynthos, Lesbos and Rhodos. It's nice to rent a car and discover one of the island.

Rethymnon Rethymnon is a city in the north of Crete between 2 other big cities: Heraklion and Chania. Rethymnon is famos for it's big sandy beaches that can be found over there. Also the city center and the harbour are typical Greek and really worth a visit. |

Samaria Gorge The Samaria Gorge is a National Park and one of the major tourist attractions of the island. The gorge is located in the Southwest of Crete and the walk through the park is about 13km. Before making the walk read about it careful and prepare yourself, it will be heavy! |
